环面蜗轮滚刀侧后角面磨削干涉分析

摘  要:环面蜗轮滚刀的刀齿密度影响着滚切出的蜗轮齿面的质量,刀齿数量越多,滚切出的蜗轮齿面精度越高。在进行侧后角面磨削加工时,高刀齿密度容易使磨削砂轮与其它刀齿干涉,导致临近的刀齿结构遭到破坏。本文通过对双锥产形面磨削侧后角面的分析,提出用干涉角度衡量磨削侧后角面时的干涉程度。计算出磨削各个刀齿侧后角面时的干涉角的大小,并分析其变化规律。通过分析,获得环面蜗轮滚刀左右两侧侧后面展成时的最大干涉位置。对于左侧后角面,在磨削入口第一个刀齿的齿顶时产生最大干涉;对于侧后角面,在磨削入口第二个刀齿的齿根时产生最大干涉。The tooth density of the toroidal worm gear hob affects the quality of worm gear tooth surfaces.The more teeth,the higher accuracy of worm gear tooth surfaces.In the process of grinding relief surface,the high tooth density will easily lead to the interference between the grinding wheel and other cutter teeth.It will cause damage to adjacent tooth structures.In this paper,through the analysis of the relief grinding by the double-cone surface,an interference angle for measuring the interference of the relief grinding is put forward.The size of interference anglesofthe relief grinding of each cutter tooth are calculated,and its change rulesare analyzed.Through the analysis,the maximum interference position is obtained when grinding the left and right relief of the toroidal worm gear hob.For the left relief grinding,the maximum interference occurs the position when grinding the top of the first tooth at the inlet.For the right relief grinding,the maximum interference occurs the position when grinding the root of the second tooth at the inlet.
