摘 要:针对微机定尺锯切机在拉拔定尺锯切的精度低、锯片的损坏率大等缺点,提出了一种基于LENZE9400的拉拔定尺飞锯控制系统。基于LENZE 9400伺服控制器,利用电子凸轮功能设计了拉拔定尺飞锯控制系统的硬件组态及软件,并应用于实际铜管拉拔定尺机组工程项目。系统运行结果表明:基于LENZE 9400拉拔定尺控制系统的能够实现微机定尺锯切机的替代,具有维护方便,锯切精度高,操作方便,高效率及可靠性高等优点。For the shortcomingsin drawing and fixed-length sawing of microcomputer fixed-length sawing machine,such as low precision and high damage rate of saw blade,a flying sawcontrol system of drawing and fixed-length flying saw machine based on LENZE 9400 is put forward.The servo controller based on LENZE 9400,the hardware configuration and software of the control system for drawing fixed length flying saw are designed by using electronic cam function.The control system is applied to the actual copper tube drawing and sizing unit.The running results show that the drawing and sizing control system based on LENZE 9400 can replace the microcomputer fixed length sawing machine,and alsoit has the advantages of convenient maintenance,high sawing precision,convenient operation,high efficiency and high reliability.
