摘  要:将冷剪的剪切能力由850 t升级到1300 t,冷剪曲轴与齿轮之间的锥面所形成的无键连接是整个设备装配的难点及重点,安装的好坏决定着冷剪的设备质量,原有的加热安装法目前已不能满足要求。本文在对比分析加热安装缺陷的基础上,提出冷装油压法进行安装,设计制作了一套冷剪的专用工装,实践表明冷装油压法明显提高了装配质量以及装配速度,取得了明显的经济效益。The key points and difficulties,of cold shear capacity upgrading from 850 tons to 1300 tons,is the key-less connection formed by the taper surface between the crankshaft and the gear of the cold shear.It determines the quality of cold shear,while the original heating installation method is no longer applicable.This paper compared to defects of heating installation,raised a new cold installation oil pressure method,designed a set of special tooling for cold shear.The practice shows that cold installation obviously improved the assembly quality and speed.It achieved obvious economic benefits.
