摘 要:煤炭在作为原燃料利用时,准确、实时、在线获得煤质指标具有十分重要的指导意义,因而在对煤质检验技术进行综述性评介的基础上判识发展趋向,基于煤炭利用对煤炭组成性能、检测的需求以研讨煤质检验技术开发或发展完善时需要关注的几个方面。结果表明:煤质检验已经从离线、人工、化学法分析逐渐向在线、智能、物理法表征过渡,并将应用人工智能将采制样、多指标分析、数据传输和云管理等环节有机集成;煤质检验的对象不应仅局限于动力煤或电煤,原料煤尤其是煤化工原料煤也应被纳入煤质检验的范畴;对特定煤田、特定用途的煤,煤质检验的内容除了常规的工业分析、元素分析和发热量之外,还应包括煤中的碱(土)金属、有害微量元素等检测,并测定热解反应热以及基于现代气流床气化工艺进行煤气化特性评价。煤质检验技术还有很大的发展空间。It is of great significance to obtain in-situ and real-time coal quality index when coal is used either as energy resource or feedstock for production of chemicals.In this paper,a critical survey of coal testing techniques was first presented,and the development trend was identified.Based on the requirements for coal characterization raised from coal utilization,several points were figured out for development and improvement of coal testing approaches.The results show that coal testing has being gradually shifted from off-line,manual testing based on chemical analysis to in situ,automatic even intelligent testing by physical characterization,at the same time artificial intelligence is applied to integrate sampling,multiple index analysis,data transmission and cloud management.Not only steam coal but also the coal for chemical process,especially for coal chemical engineering should be tested regularly.For the coal for some special utilization or from specific coalfield,alkali and alkaline earth metals as well as hazardous trace elements should be determined in addition to proximate analysis,ultimate analysis and calorific value measurement.Besides,in some cases pyrolysis reaction heat should be acquired,and the gasification characteristics should be evaluated based on the modern entrained flow gasification process.There is still much investigation to be conducted for the improvement of coal testing techniques.
