摘 要:基于煤炭样品制备自动化机械化技术与装备的发展,结合国家标准GB/T 474—2008《煤样的制备方法》和GB/T 19494.2—2004《煤炭机械化采样第2部分:煤样的制备》中的相关规定和要求,介绍了全自动制样系统的组成及特点,阐述了煤炭全自动制样系统破碎、缩分、干燥等环节的关键技术及应用过程中存在的问题,并提出了改进建议。由综合分析认为:由于煤炭来源、种类、性质等的复杂性和不均匀性,需综合考虑高转速、长流程、密封性等过程带来的水分损失以及全过程、多设备、样品残余等带来的样品相互污染,兼顾全流程的机械磨损、样品损失、水分适应性及各阶段样品的粒度均匀性、过破碎、过筛率、代表性(切割次数)以及是否达到空气干燥状态等因素的影响,通过其关键技术的完善改进以保证样品制备具有有效的代表性且不产生实质性偏倚。Based on development of automatic mechanization technology and equipment for coal sample preparation,combined with the relevant regulations and requirements in national standards GB/T 474-2008“Method for preparation of coal sample”and GB/T 19494.2-2004“Mechanized Sampling of coal Part 2:Method for sample preparation”,this paper introduced the composition and characteristics of automatic sample preparation system,and demonstrated the key technologies of automatic sample preparation system in stages such as crushing,division and drying,as well as the existing problems in application process,the suggestions were also proposed.The comprehensive analysis shows that:due to the complexity and heterogeneity of coal sources,types and properties,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the water loss caused by high rotating speed,long process and sealing property,and the mutual pollution of samples caused by the whole process,multi-equipment and sample residues.Meanwhile,the mechanical wear,sample loss and water adaptability of the whole process,and the particle size uniformity,over-crushing phenomenon,sieving rate,representativeness(cutting times)and whether the samples reach air dry condition at various stages should also be considered.Through the improvement of key technologies,the effectiveness and representativeness of sample preparation can be ensured,the substantial bias will not happen.
