摘 要:通过激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)对不同元素含量的煤样进行成分定量计算,重点验证其光谱强度与灰成分元素含量的线性程度,可促进激光诱导击穿光谱技术在煤质分析领域的实际应用。对硅、铝、铁、钙、镁5种煤灰中的常见元素进行光谱拍摄并计算,分析其光谱强度与元素含量浓度相对比例。实验结果表明,在采用同一种煤中不同量的灰作为添加物并保证相同基底的前提下,5种元素的光谱峰面积与元素实际含量大部分具有非常好的线性相关性,即硅、铝、铁、钙4种元素的谱线强度与元素含量的线性程度的平方达至0.99以上,具有很好的线性。在同一基底条件下,光谱强度与灰成分元素含量具有较好的线性关系,可通过光谱强度计算元素含量,且可在煤炭、钢铁以及矿石等分析检测领域进行推广应用。Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)was used to quantitatively calculate the composition of coal samples with different element contents,and the linear degree of spectral intensity and ash composition element content was mainly verified,which could promote the practical application of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy in the field of coal quality analysis.The spectrum of five common elements in coal ash,including Si,Al,Fe,Ca and Mg,were shot and calculated,and the relative ratio of spectral intensity and element content concentration was analyzed.The results show that under the premise that the additives are from the ash of the same type coal,but the amount is different,and the substrate conditions are the same,the spectral peak area and the actual element content of five elements have a very good linearity,that is to say,the square of linearity between spectral line intensity of Si,Al,Fe,Ca and Mg and element contents reaches more than 0.99,which shows a good linearity.Under the same substrate condition,the spectral strength has a good linear relationship with the content of ash component elements,the element content can be calculated by spectral strength,this can be popularized and applied in the analysis and detection fields of coal,steel and ore.
