摘  要:湿煤受水分影响,而导致颗粒间的黏附力远大于颗粒的自重力,相互间极易黏连聚团,在制样过程中既难以筛分与破碎,也难以掺和与缩分,且容易黏附及堵塞设备,进而影响制样效果,所以对湿煤黏附机理进行研究,将对提高制样效率和效果具有积极意义。笔者通过深入分析湿煤黏附的原因,阐释了水分对黏附力产生的作用和湿煤黏附的特性。针对湿煤制样,分别从筛分、破碎、掺和与缩分、干燥等方面进行探索,解读了影响湿煤制样的关键问题,即需重点解决团聚物如何有效分散的问题方可减少制样误差以及获得有代表性的样品,同时结合生产实践探讨了如何减轻湿煤对制样设备的黏附,进而减轻制样困难。Moist coal is affected by moisture,because adhesive force of particles is much greater than the gravity,it is easy to stick together and agglomerate each other.In process of sample preparation,moist coal is easy to stick and block the equipment,and it is difficult to sieve,crush,mix,and divide,which will affect the sample preparation effect.The study on the adhesion mechanism of moist coal has significance for improving the efficiency and effect of sample preparation.Through the reason analysis of moist coal adhesion,the effect of moisture on adhesion force and adhesion characteristics of moist coal were analyzed.Regarding to moist coal sample preparation,the processes of sieving,crushing,mixing,division and drying were researched,the key problems which affect the preparation of moist coal samples were demonstrated.That is to say,it is necessary to focus on the problem of how to effectively disperse the agglomerates in order to reduce sample preparation errors and obtain representative samples.At the same time,combining with the production practice,the paper discussed how to reduce the adhesion of moist coal to the sample preparation equipment,and then reduce the difficulty of sample preparation.
