四川省医药卫生类第三方科技成果评价指标体系的信度与效度分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨四川省医药卫生类第三方科技成果评价指标体系的信度与效度。方法:采用随机数字表法对已完成的成果评价项目进行统计分析,并邀请相应项目的评审专家对项目再次进行测评打分。利用内部一致性信度、重测信度、内容效度、结构效度进行信度、效度的验证研究。结果:社会公益类、成果推广类、软科学类成果评价量表的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.957、0.896、0.959,重测信度相关系数r为0.698~0.999。采用各维度得分与总得分之间的相关系数衡量内容效度,相关系数位于0.487~0.971之间。应用因子分析法分析结构效度提取的4个公因子,基本符合评价指标体系的设计构想。结论:该指标体系具有较好的信度和效度,可作为医药卫生类科技成果评价工具。Objective To study the confidence and validity of index system for evaluating medical and health achievements by the third-party in Sichuan Province.Methods The medical and health achievements were statistically analyzed by random digital representation and scored by their reviewers.The confidence and validity of the index system were tested and verified using their consistency confidence,reexamination confidence,content confidence,structure confidence,ongoing confidence and validity.Results The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of social welfare,achievement promotion,and soft science achievement evaluation scale was 0.957,0.896 and 0.959 respectively.The reexamination confidence-related coefficientγwas 0.698-0.999.The association coefficient of content validity assessed according to the association coefficient between the score of different dimensions and the total score was 0.487-0.971.The 4 common factors extracted by analyzing the structure validity were basically conformed to the design ideas of the index system for evaluating medical and health achievements by the third-party.Conclusion The confidence and validity of the index system for evaluating medical and health achievements by the third-party are rather high,and the index system can thus be used as a tool to evaluate the medical and health achievements.
