摘  要:为了研究高黏沥青结合料对透水混合料的影响,通过TPS,HVA及成品高黏改性沥青对PAC-13混合料进行设计及级配优选。采用析漏及飞散试验确定最佳油石比,并进行了路用性能的分析。在试验中纤维用量为混合料总量的0.3%,并与不加纤维的混合料的路用性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用空隙率、连通空隙率等技术指标确定三种混合料10 mm<粒径≤15 mm、5 mm<粒径≤10 mm、0<粒径≤5 mm及矿粉的级配组合均为57%∶30%∶10%∶3%,结合经济成本推荐选取该级配组合;掺加纤维可改善混合料的高、低温性能及透水性能;三种混合料的综合性能为:成品高黏改性沥青混合料>TPS高黏改性沥青混合料>HVA高黏改性沥青混合料;采用水泥等量替换2%的矿粉,混合料的性能改善明显;采用HVA高黏改性沥青进行PAC-13表面层混合料的设计与施工,这将为透水路面的建设提供一定的参考。In order to study the influence of high viscosity asphalt binders on the permeable mixture,design and grading optimization of PAC-13 mixture were carried out through the use of TPS,HVA and finished high viscosity modified asphalt.The optimum oil-stone ratio was determined through leakage and scattering test,and the road performance was analyzed.The amount of fiber used in the test was 0.3%of the total amount of the mixture,and the pavement performance of the mixture without fiber was compared and analyzed.The research results show that the grading combination of 10 mm<particle size≤15 mm,5 mm<particle size≤10 mm,0<particle size≤5 mm and mineral powder of the three mixtures all is 57%∶30%∶10%∶3%determined by the technical indicators such as voidage and connected void fraction.Considering economic cost,it is recommended to choose the grading combination.The high temperature stability,low temperature performance and permeability of the mixture can be ameliorated by adding fiber.The comprehensive performance of the three mixtures is sorted into finished high viscosity modified asphalt mixture>TPS high viscosity modified asphalt mixture>HVA high viscosity modified asphalt mixture.The performance of the mixture can be improved significantly through replacing 2%of the mineral powder with identical amount of cement.Using HVA high viscosity modified asphalt in the design and construction of PAC-13 surface layer mixture could provide a certain reference for the construction of permeable pavement.
