摘  要:为了确保钢混结合段在吊装过程中的结构安全,以一座主跨530 m斜拉桥的钢混结合段为研究对象,考虑材料的非线性,借鉴基于试验结果的钢纤维混凝土弹塑性损伤本构关系,利用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟了已浇筑混凝土的钢混结合段的吊装问题。模拟结果表明:吊装时的起吊荷载对结合段内部混凝土较不利,仅根据类似施工经验在原有结构上安装吊耳的吊装方案难以完全确保结构安全,需在钢梁顶板下方加劲后再吊装。通过对钢梁局部加劲,钢纤维混凝土吊装时的拉应力由4.2 MPa减小至1.7 MPa,确保了结构的安全。In order to ensure the structural safety of the steel-concrete joint section during the hoisting process,the steel-concrete joint section of a cable-stayed bridge with 530 m main span was taken as the study object.Considering the nonlinearity of the materials,the steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)elastoplastic damage constitutive relationship based on the test results was used for reference,and the hoisting of the poured steel-c oncrete joint section was simulated by the finite element software ABAQUS.The simulation results show that the lifting load during hoisting is unfavorable to the concrete inside the joint section.It is difficult to completely ensure the structural safety by simply installing the lifting lugs on the original structure based on similar construction experience.It is necessary to r einforce under the steel beam roof before hoisting.By locally reforcing the steel beams,the tensile stress of SFRC during hoisting is reduced from 4.2 MPa to 1.7 MPa,and the structural safety is ensured.
