摘  要:集中供暖能耗是我国建筑能耗的重要组成部分。由于工程及其他原因,一栋楼中仅有部分用户用暖的情况非常常见。入住率低导致实际热用户受周围停供用户的影响较大,自身供暖能耗显著增加。这也是供暖计量在我国系统形式下难以取得成效的重要原因之一。本文利用实地调研数据,就承德地区入住率对供暖计量用户能耗的影响进行分析,调研结果表明:不同入住率小区的实供面积单耗随入住率的升高逐渐降低。当小区入住率达到某一指标(60%)时,实供面积单耗维持在某一区间。在入住率较低的小区,由于停供用户的存在,使得部分用户单耗明显高于相同位置周围不存在停供用户的单耗。The energy consumption of central heating in northern area is one of the important components of building energy consumption in China.There are many factors affecting energy consumption of central heating.For engineering and other reasons,only some users in a building are very common.The low occupancy rate leads to the actual hot users being greatly affected by the surrounding shutdown users,and their heating energy consumption increases significantly.This is also one of the important reasons why heating metering is difficult to achieve results in the form of system in China.In this paper,the effect of occupancy rate on energy consumption of heating metering users in Chengde area is analyzed by field investigation data.The results show that the heat consumption of real supply area in different occupancy rates decreases with the increase of occupancy rate.When the occupancy rate reaches a certain index(60%),the heat consumption of the real supply area is maintained in a certain range.In the low occupancy area,because of the existence of the stop user,the heat consumption of some users is obviously higher than that of the stop user around the same position.
