摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取岗松鲜叶和干叶(阴干1年)精油中的挥发成分,利用GC-MS法进行成分分析,鉴定出16个主要成分,分别占精油总量的91.73%和80.44%,它们的特征组分相对含量差别较大,干叶出油率较鲜叶低0.63%。结果表明:岗松叶存放时间过长对油品质和出油率均有较大影响;岗松叶精油提取蒸馏时间240 min,出油量与蒸馏时间成正相关,前50 min出油效率最高,占总出油量的3/4。不同处理方式岗松叶中,出油率(绝干)由高至低排序为低温烘干叶、鲜叶、收购干叶和干叶(阴干一年)。研究结果可为岗松精油的加工利用提供理论依据和参考。The steam distillation was used to extract volatile components in fresh and dry leaves of Baeckea frutescens(dry leaves needed to be dried in the shade for 1 year).Sixteen major components were identified by GC-MS technology accounting for 91.73%and 80.44%of the total amount in essential oils,respectively.The relative contents of their characteristic components varied greatly,the oil content of dry leaves decreased by 0.63%comparing with that of fresh leaves.The results showed that oil quality and oil yield had been greatly influenced after the leaves had been stored for long time.When the distillation time was 240 min,the oil yield had obviously positive correlation with distillation time,the oil yield reached the highest in the first 50 minutes accounting for 3/4 of the total oil output.Among different processes,the order of oil yield(absolutely dry)was low temperature dried leaves>fresh leaves>dry leaves bought>dry leaves(dried in the shade for 1 year).This study provided a theoretical basis and reference for processing and utilization of the essential oil of Baeckea frutescens.
