摘 要:选取磨砂洗面奶、磨砂沐浴露和磨砂洗手液三类20款清洁类个人护理用品作为研究对象,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对样品内不溶颗粒定性,鉴别塑料微粒及其类型。然后对塑料微粒的形貌、颜色、粒径等进行了考察,采用体视显微镜-iCALIBUR Masterx64软件联用的方法,对样品中的塑料微粒进行定量分析。试验结果表明:四款清洁类个人护理用品含有塑料微粒。它们在体视显微镜下成像显示形态各异,表面粗糙,低频超声可加剧其裂解,裂解程度与其形貌相关。定量分析得到聚乙烯微粒回收率为88.3%~97.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<2.5%,各个样品中塑料微粒总数目存在明显差异。对清洁类个人护理用品中塑料微粒的定性与定量分析,可为深入研究日用品中塑料微粒对环境的压力和环境中塑料微粒的富集与降解提供参考。With three types of 20 cleaning products for personal care(facial scrub,scrub shower gel and scrub hand sanitizer)as the research object,insoluble particles extracted from the samples were analyzed,and the type of microplastics within were identified by FTIR.Then,their morphology,colour and particle size were investigated,and quantitatively analyzed in the samples with stereo microscope-iCALIBUR Masterx64 software.The results showed that there were four samples contained microplastics.The four types of microplastics were imaged by stereo microscope,showing different shapes and rough surfaces.Low frequency ultrasound could aggravate microplastics disintegration,and the degree of disintegration was related to their morphology.Quantitative analysis results showed that the recovery rate of polyethylene microplastics ranged from 88.3%to 97.2%,RSD<2.5%,and there was almost a significant difference in the total number of microplastics in each sample.In this study,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the microplastics in the cleaning products for personal care were studied,which could provide a theoretical basis for the further research on the pressure of microplastics in cosmetics to the environment,enrichment and degradation of microplastics in the environment.
