摘　　要：为减少中药有效成分在精制醇沉法制备过程中的损失,充分利用其药物疗效,选用ZTC1+1Ⅱ型天然澄清剂对脉安颗粒提取液进行精制工艺研究,为中药颗粒剂、口服液、糖浆剂、合剂等相关中药制剂的精制工艺研发,提供必要的参考依据。基于正交试验L9(3)4优选脉安颗粒天然澄清剂精制工艺,以提取液外观、浸膏枸橼酸含量、金丝桃苷含量为考察指标。优选的脉安颗粒天然澄清剂精制工艺为:提取液浓缩后的料液比(g∶g)为1∶3、提取液加入澄清剂的温度为70℃、澄清剂加入量为15%,即B组分10%、A组分5%。优选的脉安颗粒精制工艺重现性好,操作简便,为ZTC1+1天然澄清剂在中药颗粒剂、口服液、糖浆剂、合剂等相关中药制剂的精制工艺步骤的应用,提供了参考数据。In order to reduce or eliminate the loss of traditional effective compositions in Chinese medicine in refining process with alcohol sink preparation so as to make full use of its curative effects,the natural clarifying agent ZTC1+1 typeⅡwas selected to carry out the study of refining process for Mai An granule extracting liquid,by which the basis in development of refining processes for pertinent Chinese medicine agents,such as Chinese medicine granule,oral liquid,syrup and mixture,was provided.Based on orthogonal test L9(3)4,the refining process for natural clarifying agent for Mai An granule was optimized.The optimum refining process for the natural clarifying agent was as follows:the ratio of material to liquid(g:g)was 1:3 after the extract was concentrated,the temperature at which the clarifying agent was added was 70℃,and the amount of clarifying agent was 15%,namely 10%of composition B and 5%of composition A.The optimized purification process for Mai An granule has good reproducibility and is simple to operate,which provides a reference for the application of ZTC1+1 natural clarifying agent in the refining process of Chinese medicine granules,oral liquid,syrup,mixture and other related Chinese medicine preparations.
