精囊镜联合非那雄胺治疗慢性精囊炎的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨精囊镜联合非那雄胺治疗慢性精囊炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年10月在沧州市人民医院就诊的77例慢性精囊炎患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方法分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=35)。入组患者均给予精囊镜手术治疗,观察组患者围术期服用非那雄胺。术后1个月评价两组患者的临床疗效。分别于治疗前、治疗后1个月检测两组患者的精液红细胞数量、精浆果糖含量、精囊腺宽度、精囊体积、最大尿流率(MFR)、平均尿流率(AFR)。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者(90.48%vs.71.43%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后精液中红细胞数量、精囊腺宽度、精囊腺体积明显低于对照组患者,精浆果糖含量、MFR、AFR明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精囊镜联合非那雄胺治疗慢性精囊炎,具有创伤小、临床有效率高的优势。Objective To explore the clinical effect of seminal vesiculoscopy combined with finasteride on chronic seminal vesiculitis.Methods A total of 77 patients with chronic seminal vesiculitis admitted to Cangzhou People′s Hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected and divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=35)according to the treatment methods.All the enrolled patients were treated with seminal vesiculoscopy,and the observation group was treated with finasteride during perioperative period.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated 1 month after operation.The number of erythrocytes in semen,sugar content in semen berries,seminal vesicle width,seminal vesicle volume,maximum urinary flow rate(MFR),and average urinary flow rate(AFR)of the two groups were measured before and 1 month after treatment.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.48%vs.71.43%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of erythrocytes,seminal vesicle width and seminal vesicle volume in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the sugar content in semen berries,MFR and AFR were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Seminal vesiculoscopy combined with finasteride in the treatment of chronic seminal vesiculitis has the advantages of little trauma and high clinical efficiency.
