摘 要:目的探讨卵巢癌外周血miRNA-30表达量与临床病理特征及血清肿瘤标志物、血管新生因子水平的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月在山东省青岛市市立医院确诊并接受根治性手术的106例原发性卵巢癌患者(卵巢癌组)以及同期在山东省青岛市市立医院进行体检的100例健康女性(正常对照组)作为研究对象。比较两组研究对象外周血miRNA-30b、miRNA-30c表达量。根据卵巢癌组患者外周血miRNA-30表达量中位数将其分为高miRNA-30b组(n=53)和低miRNA-30b组(n=53)以及高miRNA-30c组(n=53)和低miRNA-30c组(n=53)。比较不同miRNA-30b、miRNA-30c表达量的卵巢癌患者的临床病理特征,血清中肿瘤标志物[人附睾上皮分泌蛋白4(HE4)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、糖类抗原125(CA125)]、血管新生因子[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)]水平的差异。采用Pearson检验评估卵巢癌外周血miRNA-30b、miRNA-30c表达量与临床病理特征及血清肿瘤标志物、血管新生因子水平的相关性。结果卵巢癌组患者外周血中miRNA-30b、miRNA-30c的表达量均高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同miRNA-30b、miRNA-30c表达量卵巢癌患者的TNM分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移等分布比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高miRNA-30b组、高miRNA-30c组患者血清中HE4、OPN、CA199、CA153、CA125的水平分别高于低miRNA-30b组、低miRNA-30c组,血清中VEGF、Ang-2、EGFR、HIF-1α的水平分别高于低miRNA-30b组、低miRNA-30c组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson检验发现,卵巢癌患者外周血miRNA-30b、miRNA-30c表达量与TNM分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移直接相关,与血清肿瘤标志物、血管新生因子的水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌外周血miRNA-30b、miRNA-30c表达量异常增高,可能参与肿瘤恶性进�Objective To investigate the correlation between miRNA-30 expression in peripheral blood of ovarian cancer and clinicopathological characteristics,serum tumor markers,angiogenesis factors levels.Methods 106 cases of primary ovarian cancer patients diagnosed and underwent radical surgery in Shandong Qingdao Municipal Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as ovarian cancer group,100 cases of healthy women who underwent physical examination in the same hospital during the same period were selected as normal control group.The expression levels of miRNA-30 b,miRNA-30 c in peripheral blood of two groups were compared.According to the median expression of miRNA-30 in peripheral blood of ovarian cancer group,the patients were further divided into high miRNA-30 b group,low miRNA-30 b group,high miRNA-30 c group and low miRNA-30 c group each with 53 cases.Clinicopathological characteristics,serum tumor markers[HE4,OPN,CA199,CA153,CA125],angiogenesis factors levels[VEGF,Ang-2,EGFR,HIF-1]were compared between ovarian cancer patients with different miRNA-30 b and miRNA-30 c.Pearson test was used to evaluate the correlation between miRNA-30 b and miRNA-30 c expression levels in peripheral blood of ovarian cancer and clinicopathological characteristics,serum tumor markers,angiogenesis factors levels.Results Expression levels of miRNA-30 b and miRNA-30 c in peripheral blood of ovarian cancer group were higher than those in normal control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were statistical significance in TNM staging,pathological grade,lymph node metastasis distribution between ovarian cancer patients with different miRNA-30 b and miRNA-30 c expression(P<0.05).Serum levels of HE4,OPN,CA199,CA153 and CA125 in high miRNA-30 b group and high miRNA-30 c group were higher than those in low miRNA-30 b group and low miRNA-30 c group respectively(P<0.05).Serum levels of VEGF,Ang-2,EGFR,and HIF-1αwere higher than those of low miRNA-30 b group and low miRNA-30 c group respectively(P<0.05).Pear
