摘  要:目的对北京市孕妇学校标准化课件的效果进行评价。方法选取2018年1月至5月在北京市海淀区妇幼保健院孕妇学校采用常规课件接受健康教育的200例孕妇(对照组)和2018年6月至12月在北京市海淀区妇幼保健院孕妇学校采用北京市孕妇学校标准化课件接受健康教育的200例孕妇(观察组)作为研究对象。比较两组孕妇的宣教效果评价、孕期保健认知、母乳喂养率及分娩方式。结果观察组孕妇的宣教效果评价、孕期保健认知、母乳喂养率均高于对照组孕妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇分娩方式与对照组孕妇比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标准化课件可以有效提升孕妇对孕妇学校及课程的满意度、孕期课程的知晓率及母乳喂养率。Objective To evaluate the effect of the standardized courseware of Beijing Pregnant Women′s School.Methods 200 pregnant women who participated in the health education with conventional courseware in Beijing Pregnant Women′s School from January to May 2018 were selected as the control group,200 pregnant women who participated in the health education with standardized courseware in Beijing Pregnant Women′s School from June to December 2018 were selected as the observation group.The education effect,pregnancy healthcare cognition,breastfeeding rate and delivery mode were compared between the two groups.Results The education effect,pregnancy healthcare cognition and breast-feeding rate of pregnant women in the observation group were statistically significant higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in delivery mode between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions The standardized courseware can improve the satisfaction of pregnant women with pregnant women schools and courses,the awareness rate of course during pregnancy and the rate of breast-feeding.
