摘  要:目的研究雄蚕益肾方对肾阳虚大鼠睾丸抗氧化作用及血清性激素睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)浓度的影响。方法取雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分成正常组10只、造模30只。肾阳虚模型建立成功后,随机将造模30只大鼠分为模型组、左卡尼汀组、雄蚕益肾方组,各10只,模型组、正常组予以0.9%氯化钠注射液连续灌胃,其余两组分别给予相应药物连续灌胃,4周后检测大鼠睾丸匀浆氧化反应及血清性激素相关指标,并取两侧睾丸做常规病理切片分析。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠睾丸匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)浓度显著降低,而丙二醛(MDA)浓度显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,雄蚕益肾方组睾丸SOD、GSH-Px浓度显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),MDA浓度显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与左卡尼汀组相比,雄蚕益肾方组睾丸SOD明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),GSH-Px、MDA浓度无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与正常组比较,模型组血清T、E2浓度显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),T/E2值显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,雄蚕益肾方组血清T浓度、E2浓度、T/E2值显著上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);左卡尼汀组血清T浓度升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),E2浓度、T/E2值升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。睾丸常规病理切片结果显示,与模型组比较,雄蚕益肾方组睾丸生精上皮尚比较完整,组织内生精小管内可见精母细胞,生精小管内仍有大量精子生成,管腔可见大量精子。结论雄蚕益肾方能提高肾阳虚大鼠睾丸抗氧化作用,提升血清T水平,具有修复睾丸组织,改善生精功能的作用。Objective To study the effect of Xiongcan Yishen Formula on the antioxidant activity of testis and serum sex hormone testosterone(T)/estradiol(E2)in rats with kidney-yang deficiency.Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group(n=10)and modeling group(n=30).After the kidney-yang deficiency model was success established,the 30 modeling rats randomly divided into model group(n=10),L-carnitine group(n=10),Xiongcan Yishen Formula group(n=10),model group and normal group was continuously intragastric administrated with 0.9%sodium chloride,L-carnitine group and Xiongcan Yishen Formula group were continuously intragastric administrated with corresponding drug.After 4 weeks,the related indicators of the oxidation reaction of rat testis homogenate and serum sex hormone were tested,and routine pathological analyses of both testes were conducted.Results Compared with normal group,the concentration of SOD and GSH-Px in testicular homogenate of model group was significantly decreased,while the concentration of MDA was significantly increased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the concentrations of SOD and GSH-Px in the Xiongcan Yishen Formula group were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the concentrations of MDA were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the L-carnitine group,SOD levels in testis of Xiongcan Yishen Formula group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the concentrations of GSH-Px and MDA were not significantly changed(P>0.05).Compared with the normal group,the serum T,E2 concentrations in the model group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the T/E2 values were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the concentration and value of serum T,E2,T/E2 in Xiongcan Yishen Formula group were significantly increased(P<0.01);the concentration of serum T in the L-carnitine group increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the E2 concentration and T/E2 value increased,and the difference was statistical
