育子汤对少弱精子症患者精浆中性α-1,4糖苷酶水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究育子汤对少弱精子症患者精浆中性α-1,4糖苷酶水平的影响,探讨育子汤对少弱精子症患者的治疗效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年12月北京太乙堂国际中医药研究院收治的120例少弱精子症患者作为研究对象。依据随机队列法分成研究组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。研究组给予育子汤治疗,对照组给予五子衍宗丸治疗,治疗三个月后,对比两组治疗结果。结果治疗后两组患者精浆中性α-1,4糖苷酶水平均明显升高,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者精子密度、(a+b)精子活力水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后总有效率为73.33%,明显高于对照组的55.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论育子汤运用在少弱精子症中效果突出,能够改善精浆中性α-1,4糖苷酶水平,并增强精子质量,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of Yuzi Decoction on the level of neutralα-1,4 glycosides in semen of patients with oligoasthenospermia,and discuss its therapeutic effect.Methods 120 patients with oligoasthenospermia admitted to Beijing Taiyitang International Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into study group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to random cohort method.The study group was treated with Yuzi decoction,while the control group was treated with Wuzi Yanzong Pill.After three months of treatment,the treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the level of neutralα-1,4 glycosidase in seminal plasma of both groups was significantly increased,and the difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Sperm density and sperm motility level of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate after treatment was 73.33%in the study group,which was significantly higher than 55.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of Yuzi Decoction on oligoasthenospermia is remarkable.It can improve the level of neutralα-1,4 glucosidase in seminal plasma,and enhance sperm quality,which is worthy of promotion.
