超声引导安珂真空旋切术在乳腺微创活组织检查中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨在高频探头超声引导下安珂(EnCor)真空旋切术在乳腺病变活组织检查中的临床手术技巧及并发症的预防措施。方法:选择2015年1月-2019年12月收治入院的1000例乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,在高频探头超声实时监控引导下,采取安珂真空辅助旋切活组织检查手术,分析超声定位方法、切口的选择、手术技巧及术后并发症等。结果:安珂旋切手术定位准确率100%,活组织检查成功率100%,病理正确率100%,其并发症主要有迷走神经反应、局部血肿、皮肤淤斑、皮肤凹陷、皮肤切割、肿瘤残留、切口感染等。结论:超声引导下安珂真空辅助旋切活组织检查术是一种准确、高效、微创、安全的手术活组织检查方法,经过一定的学习曲线,手术技巧逐渐娴熟后,其手术并发症将会大大减少。Objective:To explore the clinical technique and prevention of complications of anke vacuum atherectomy(EnCor)under the guidance of high frequency probe ultrasound in breast biopsy.Methods:All 1000 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,under the guidance of real-time ultrasonic monitoring of high-frequency probe,used EnCor vacuum assisted biopsy,to analyze the methods of ultrasound location,incision selection,surgical techniques and postoperative complications.Results:The localization accuracy of EnCor was 100%,the biopsy success rate was 100%,and the pathological accuracy rate was 100%,the main complications were vagus nerve reaction,local hematoma,ecchymosis,sunken skin,cutting skin,residual tumor,infection of incision,etc.Conclusion:It is an accurate,efficient,minimally invasive and safe biopsy method,after a certain learning curve and gradually skillful operation skills,the surgical complications will be greatly reduced.
