摘　　要：目的:探讨眼睑整形手术后应用冷热疗法的临床效果。方法:选择2018年10月-2019年9月接受眼睑整形手术治疗的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予眼睑整形术后的常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予冷热疗法。比较两组患者术后3 d眼部水肿、皮下淤血、疼痛程度、伤口恢复情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组术后3 d眼部水肿和皮下淤血轻度率明显高于对照组,中度率和重度率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组伤口开始好转时间、疼痛消除时间、基本愈合时间均明显短于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼睑整形手术后应用冷热疗法效果显著,能有效缓解术后眼部水肿、皮下淤血及疼痛程度,促进伤口恢复,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cold and heat therapy after eyelid plastic surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent eyelid plastic surgery in hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,each with 30 patients.The control group was given routine care after eyelid plastic surgery,and the research group was given cold and heat therapy on the basis of the control group.Eye edema,subcutaneous stasis,pain,wound recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after 3 days.Results:The mild rate of ocular edema and subcutaneous stasis at 3 days after operation in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the moderate and severe rates were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study group′s wound healing time,wound pain elimination time,and wound healing time were significantly lower than those of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hot and cold therapy after eyelid plastic surgery is effective.It can effectively alleviate eye edema,subcutaneous blood stasis and pain,promote wound recovery,and improve patient care satisfaction.
