摘　　要：目的:探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)后患者发生角膜瓣下上皮植入的原因及治疗方法,掌握角膜瓣下冲洗联合准分子激光治疗性角膜切削术(PTK)患者的护理方法。方法:对2019年LASIK术后发生角膜瓣下上皮植入的6例(6眼)患者行角膜瓣下冲洗联合PTK手术。根据患者疾病发生原因、时间、心理、治疗等给予针对性的护理,密切观察患者视力恢复情况。结果:6例(6眼)LASIK术后发生角膜瓣下上皮植入的患者,配合进行角膜瓣下冲洗联合PTK手术治疗顺利,角膜瓣复位情况良好,裸眼视力恢复,效果满意。结论:外伤是引起LASIK术后患者发生角膜瓣下上皮植入的主要原因,LASIK术后无论时间长短,预防性保护更重要。Objective:To explore the causes and treatments of corneal flap epithelial implantation in patients after laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)surgery,and to master the nursing methods of patients undergoing corneal flap irrigation combined with phototherapeutic keratectomy(PTK)surgery.Methods:Six eyes diagnosed corneal flap epithelial implantation after LASIK surgery of six patients in 2019 were operated through corneal flap irrigation combined with PTK.According to the causes,duration,psychology and treatments,all patients are given targeted nursing guidance,closely observe the recovery of vision.Results:Six eyes with corneal flap epithelial implantation after LASIK surgery were successfully treated by corneal flap irrigation combined with PTK surgery.The patients recovered quickly with increased uncorrected visual acuity and clear corneas.Conclusion:Trauma is the main cause of corneal flap epithelial implantation in LASIK patients,and it′s more important to protect the eyes from being injured no matter how long after LASIK surgery.
