摘  要:考虑强放热性的电转气可与蓄热罐协同运行,负荷低谷时段电转气甲烷化反应释放热量可高效注入热网,为消纳弃风提供了新途径。提出一种考虑电转气热回收与蓄热罐协调运行的风电消纳低碳经济调度模型,引入碳交易机制,以系统碳成本、燃料成本、弃风成本、电转气成本与供气效益最小为目标函数,考虑热电机组的热电耦合、机组爬坡功率、电转气出力、热和电功率平衡等约束。仿真结果表明,考虑电转气热回收可有效地提升了风电的消纳能力,降低系统的总成本和碳排放量。最后,分析了电转气单位运行成本对系统风电消纳能力与经济性的影响。Considering the strong exothermic property,power to gas can operate in coordination with the heat accumulator,and the heat released by the methanation reaction of power to gas can be injected into the heat network efficiently in the low load period,which provides a new way to accommodate the wind power.This paper proposed a low-carbon economic dispatch model of wind power consumption considering power to gas heat recovery and heat accumulator.The carbon trading mechanism is introduced.The objective function is to minimize the system carbon cost,fuel cost,abandoned wind cost,electricity to gas cost and gas supply benefit.The constraints of thermoelectric coupling,unit climbing power,power to gas output,heat and electricity power balance are considered.The simulation results show that considering the electricity to gas heat recovery can effectively improve the wind power consumption capacity,reduce the total cost and carbon emissions of the system.Finally,the influence of the unit operation cost of electricity to gas on the wind power consumption capacity and economy of the system is analyzed.
