摘 要:针对传统超声相控阵二维检测图谱缺陷信息单一的问题,为更加直观反映缺陷在三维空间中的形态及尺寸等信息,采用带有位置编码器的一维线阵探头,通过分层切片处理与全聚焦算法相结合的方法,借助MATLAB软件平台及采集的全矩阵数据,绘制出一系列带有位置信息的全聚焦图像,并利用增益处理技术进行图像优化。在此基础上,根据图像在三维空间中的真实位置信息,利用等值面法及图像的二值化处理完成缺陷的三维重构,实现了基于一维线性阵列的超声相控阵三维成像。研究结果表明:该方法能够在空间上实现对被检测区域的直观显示,获得缺陷的高质量三维成像,使得缺陷的形态及位置等信息更加丰富。Aiming at the problem of single defect information in traditional ultrasonic phased array two-dimensional inspection atlas,in order to more intuitively reflect the shape and size of defects in three-dimensional space,a one-dimensional linear array probe with position encoder is used to draw a series of bit with bit by combining slicing processing with total focus method,MATLAB software platform and the collected full matrix data The full focus image with information is set,and the image is optimized by gain processing technology.On this basis,according to the real position information of the image in the three-dimensional space,the three-dimensional reconstruction of defects is completed by using the isosurface method and image binarization processing,and the three-dimensional ultrasonic phased array imaging based on one-dimensional linear array is realized.The results show that:this method can realize the visual display of the detected area in space,and obtain high-quality three-dimensional imaging of defects,which makes the shape and location of defects more abundant.
