摘  要:系统由液压系统、速度传动系统、洒水系统、控制系统组成,主要完成测量过程中的机械动作、滑溜比的产生、模拟雨后飞机跑道状态以及各种电气设备的控制,实现摩擦系数的实时计算、显示、存储和打印。通过多次测量结果证明:该测量系统测量数据准确、重复性变异系数小于4.4%,符合摩擦系数的测量规律;同时该系统安全可靠、操作简单方便,可实现自动连续测量。A measurement system for measuring friction coefficient of aircraft runway is designed.The system consists of hydraulic system,speed transmission system,sprinkler system and control system.It mainly completes the mechanical action during the measurement process,the slip ratio,the state of the aircraft after the rain,and the control of various electrical equipment.The system enables real-time calculation,display,storage and printing of the coefficient of friction.Through multiple measurements,the result proves that the measurement system has accurate and repeatable coefficient of variation of less than 4.4%.Result meets the measurement rule of friction coefficient.At the same time,the system is safe and reliable,simple and convenient to operate,and can realize automatic continuous measurement.
