摘  要:针对原油含水率的测量问题,提出一种基于衰减全反射-傅里叶变换红外(ATR-FTIR)光谱技术的检测系统。分别建立以光谱数据作为输入的主成分回归(PCR)模型和以光谱数据与含水率作为输入的偏最小二乘(PLS)模型,探究最优预处理方案下的模型性能。结果表明:偏最小二乘结合标准正态变换(SNV)、SG卷积平滑(7点)与二阶导数组合预处理方法的分析模型具有最高的准确率和预测精度。该方法的提出为原油组分快速检测及行业原油质量监督提供了良好的理论基础和技术支撑。Aiming at the measurement problem of crude oil moisture content,a detection system based on attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR)spectroscopy is proposed.The principal component regression(PCR)model with spectral data as input and the partial least squares model with spectral data and water content as input are established respectively to explore the model performance under the optimal preprocessing scheme.The results show that the analysis model of partial least squares(PLS)combined with standard normal variate(SNV),SG convolution smoothing(7 points)and second derivative combined preprocessing method has the highest accuracy and prediction precision.The proposed method provides a good theoretical basis and technical support for the rapid detection of crude oil components and the supervision of crude oil quality in the industry.
