摘  要:以纳米TiO2为抗菌剂、聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)为增溶剂、六偏磷酸钠为分散剂、叔丁醇为消泡剂,制备了TiO2/PAMAM纳米水分散性抗菌涂料。以表面涂布方式将TiO2/PAMAM纳米水分散性涂料施涂于纸张表面,制得涂布抗菌纸,对其抗菌性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,经TiO2/PAMAM水分散性涂料涂布后,涂层具备较强的抗菌性能;当TiO2质量分数为0.8%时,抗菌涂料对大肠杆菌和白色念珠球菌的杀菌率均较高,对大肠杆菌的杀菌率为99.5%,对白色念珠球菌的杀菌率为96.2%。TiO2/PAMAM nano-water dispersive antibacterial coating was prepared by using nano TiO2 as antibacterial agent,polyamide-amine(PAMAM)as solubilizer,sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersing agent and tert-butanol as defoamer.TiO2/PAMAM nano-water dispersive coating was applied to the paper surface to prepare antibacterial paper,and its antibacterial properties were studied.The results showed that after TiO2/PAMAM water dispersive coating,the coating had strong antibacterial properties.When amount of TiO2 was 0.8%,antibacterial coating had the highest bactericidal rate against Escherichia coli and Candida albicans,99.5%against Escherichia coli and 96.2%against Candida albicans.
