摘　　要：对中海石油建滔化工有限公司甲醇精馏装置系统进行了分析总结。简述了工艺流程,分析了运行过程中出现的问题,并对工艺操作指标进行了一系列调整,优化工艺操作,达到甲醇稳定生产,减少消耗的目的,进而取得更大的经济效益。An analysis and summary of the methanol distillation unit system of CNOOC Kingboard Chemical Co.,Ltd.The process flow was briefly described,the problems in the operation process were analyzed,and a series of adjustments were made to the process operation indicators.The process operation was optimized to achieve stable methanol production,reduce consumption,and achieve greater economic benefits.
