摘　　要：原油稳定装置生产时,轻烃产品的产生是必不可少的,但与此同时还会产生一定量的副产品不凝气。与其他产品不同的是,该部分不凝气中富含多种烷烃成分。因此,在生产生活中通常将其作为深冷或浅冷装置的原料参与生产,部分企业在生产生活中也将其作为加热炉燃烧的主要材料。在某油田油气处理厂原油稳定不凝气吸收装置新建的背景下对其装置使用效果、经济效益等进行分析。In the production of crude oil stabilization unit,the birth of light hydrocarbon products is essential,but at the same time,a certain amount of by-product non condensable gas will be produced.Different from other products,this part of non condensable gas is rich in various alkane components.Therefore,in production and life,it is usually used as the raw material of deep cooling or shallow cooling device to participate in production,and some enterprises also take it as the main material for heating furnace combustion in production and life.In this paper,under the background of the new construction of crude oil stable non condensable gas absorption unit in an oil and gas processing plant,the application effect and economic benefit of the device are analyzed.
