摘  要:针对醋酸乙烯酯和水的二元共沸物采用普通精馏分离难以获得高纯度的醋酸乙烯酯的问题,采用甘油作为萃取剂,利用分壁式萃取精馏塔分离了醋酸乙烯酯和水的二元共沸物。利用Aspen Plus软件系统考察了主塔原料进料位置、萃取剂进料位置、萃取剂进料量、侧线采出位置、主塔回流比和副塔回流比等因素对于醋酸乙烯酯的分离效果及能耗的影响,确定了最优工艺参数。同时还与常规萃取精馏塔进行了比较,结果表明节能效果明显。It is difficult to get high purity vinyl acetate from the binary azeotrope of vinyl acetate and water by ordinary distillation.In terms of this issue,the binary azeotrope of vinyl acetate and water was separated with glycerol as extractant in a dividing wall extractive distillation column.Aspen plus software system was used to investigate the influence of feed position,extractant feed position,extractant feed amount,side line extraction position,reflux ratio of main column and secondary column on the separation effect and energy consumption of vinyl acetate,and the optimal process parameters were determined.Compared with the conventional extractive distillation column,the results showed that the energy-saving effect is obvious.
