摘 要:研究了对二甲苯液相催化氧化选择性制备对甲基苯甲酸的新工艺。在筛选出适宜钴盐催化剂基础上,主要考察了影响对二甲苯转化率和氧化产物选择性的因素:催化剂浓度、氧气流量和反应时间等,获得了优化的反应条件。结果表明,钾盐或钠盐等对甲基苯甲酸盐助催化剂的加入,可显著抑制氧化产物中酯的生成,减少反应体系中的高沸物。This paper studies a new process for the selective preparation of p-toluic acid by liquid phase catalytic oxidation of p-xylene.Based on the selection of suitable cobalt salt catalysts,the factors affecting the conversion of xylene and the selectivity of oxidation products were mainly investigated:catalyst concentration,oxygen flow rate and reaction time,etc.,and optimized reaction conditions were obtained.The results show that the addition of p-toluate promoters such as potassium salt or sodium salt can significantly inhibit the formation of esters in the oxidation products and reduce the high boilers in the reaction system.
