摘 要:蒸发器具有多支座超静定多约束,工作温度较高,布置空间有限等特点,利用管道自身的柔性和增设膨胀节的方法来吸收热位移,释放热应力有很大的局限性。从蒸发器各层支座型式、载荷及热位移等方面考虑,结合工程中蒸发器弹簧支座设置,阐述了弹簧选型的计算方法及应注意的问题。The evaporator is characterized by multiple statically indeterminate constraints with multiple supports,high working temperature and limited layout space,etc.Therefore,it has great limitations to absorb thermal displacement and release thermal stress by using the flexibility of the pipeline itself and adding expansion joints.In this paper,the calculation method of spring selection and the problems that should be paid attention to are expounded from the aspects of support type,load and thermal displacement of each layer of evaporator,combined with the setting of spring support in the project.
