20%噻虫啉微囊悬浮剂制备及包封率的测定研究

摘  要:以聚脲为囊壁材料,采用界面聚合法制备40%噻虫啉微囊悬浮剂,结果表明,该方法制得囊型良好、粒径分布均匀、悬浮率高、贮存性能稳定。结合囊皮和有效成分的特点,建立20%噻虫啉微囊悬浮剂包封率的测定方法,该方法准确、适用性强,为质量检测提供了可靠保证。Using polyurea as the capsule wall material,the 40% thiacloprid microcapsule suspension was prepared by the interfacial polymerization method.The results showed that the method produced microcapsules with good capsule shape,uniform particle size distribution,high suspension rate and stable storage performance.Capsule suspension.Combining the characteristics of the capsule skin and the effective ingredients,a method for determining the encapsulation efficiency of 20% thiacloprid microcapsule suspension was established.This method is accurate and has strong applicability,and provides a reliable guarantee for quality testing.
