摘 要:为履行《关于消耗臭氧层物质的蒙特利尔议定书》规定的义务,保护臭氧层和生态环境,原标准测定水质石油类和动植物油方法废止,新标准萃取剂由四氯乙烯代替四氯化碳,于2019年1月1日起实施。为验证该方法在本实验室运行,采用红外分光光度法,四氯乙烯作为萃取剂,测定水中石油类含量,计算和分析其各项指标的合理性。实验结果表明,在本实验室人员、设备,环境等条件下,方法检出限、精密度、准确度均符合实验室内部控制,该新标准方法在本实验室可行。In order to fulfill the obligations of Montreal Protocol on substances that Deplete the ozone layer and protect the ozone layer and ecological environment,the original standard method for determining water quality,petroleum,animal and vegetable oils is abolished,and the new standard extractant is tetrachloroethylene instead of carbon tetrachloride,which will be implemented from January 1,2019.In order to verify the operation of this method in our laboratory,the content of petroleum in water was determined by infrared spectrophotometry with tetrachloroethylene as extractant.Through this method validation and exploration,the experimental results show that the detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method meet the internal control of the laboratory under the conditions of personnel,equipment and environment in our laboratory,and the new standard method is feasible in our laboratory.
