摘 要:许多城市的污水处理率大幅提高,但水环境质量却没有显著改善,合流制排口溢流污染成为水环境治理的重点。以武汉市庙湖水环境提升工程中两大合流排口治理为例,介绍了合流制溢流调蓄与处理设施方案设计。工程采用“分散调蓄+集中处理”的方案,溢流控制标准为年均溢流4~6次;采用Infoworks ICM模型软件模拟计算和复核调蓄规模;采用“预处理+高效沉淀池+生物接触氧化池+斜管沉淀池+机械滤池+人工生态系统”的组合处理工艺,确保出水稳定达标。该设计方案可为类似工程的设计提供参考和借鉴。In many cities,wastewater treatment rate has been increased greatly,but the quality of water environment has not been significantly improved,outlets overflow pollution of combined system has become the focus of water environment treatment.Taking the two outlets control of water environment improvement project of Miaohu Lake in Wuhan as an example,scheme design of an overflow storage and treatment facilities of combined system is introduced.The project adopts the scheme of"decentralized storage+centralized treatment",overflow control standard is 4~6 times annual average,scale of storage facilities is calculated and rechecked by Infoworks ICM model software,treatment process is"pre-treatment+high efficient settling tank+bio-contact oxidation+inclined tube sedimentation tank+mechanical filter+artificial ecosystem",which ensures the effluent reach the standard stably.Scheme design can be used as reference for similar project.
