摘 要:生物质发电技术的快速发展和应用导致生产过程中灰渣排放量逐年增加,资源化和循环利用生物质灰渣已经成为当前我国的趋势。文中综述了生物质电厂灰渣的特性研究进展,并对其在污水处理中的应用现状和前景进行了分析。电厂实际生产过程中往往采用多种燃料混合进料燃烧,导致灰渣的理化性质和浸出行为差异明显。因此,基于灰渣特性分析,研究生物质灰渣资源化利用途径尤为必要。通过合理的筛分、清洗工艺,可得到生物质灰渣填料/滤料,其介孔孔隙结构发达,生物兼容性好,能缓释弱碱,可为污水处理行业提供新的材料选择,同时可降低高额成本,亦可为灰渣的资源化利用和生物质发电行业的绿色发展提供新的思路和保障。With rapid development and application of biomass-based power generation technology leading to the increase of ash residue produced from productive process year by year,resource reutilization and recycling of biomass ash residue has been a growing trend of biomass-based power generation industry in our country.This review introduces researches on characteristics of ash residue of biomass power plants and analyzes its application status as well as prospect.The feedstock incinerated by these power plants is composed of various fuels in practice,which results in obvious difference of ash residue’s physical and chemical characteristics as well as leaching behaviors.Therefore,it is especially necessary to do studies on the means of biomass ash residue reutilization based on the analysis of its characteristics.The packing/filter material prepared by biomass ash residue which has a mesoporous structure with an abundance of pores is available through reasonable screening and flushing process.This kind of material has excellent biological compatibility and is able to buffer low alkalinity solution,which offers an alternative to water treatment industry and decreases expensive cost meanwhile.This material also provides new thoughts and security for resource reutilization of biomass ash residue and sustainable development of biomass-based power generation industry.
