摘　　要：开发一套适合船舶行业的船舶管系生产管控系统,利用信息化手段,具备原材料采购、计划管理、生产派工和报工、质量管理等功能,实现多部门多项目实时在线协同作业。该系统上线运行后,有效提高企业生产效率,降低生产成本,为推进智能制造奠定数据基础。A ship piping production management and control system suitable for the ship industry is developed to use the informatization means,to possess the functions of raw material procurement,plan management,production distribution and confirmation,quality management,etc.,and to realize the real-time online collaborative operation of multiple departments and multiple projects.After the system operates online,the production efficiency of enterprises is improved and the production cost is reduced effectively,which lays a data foundation for promoting the intelligent manufacturing.
