摘 要:胶体金,或称纳米金、金纳米颗粒,由于具有特殊的理化性质和良好的生物相容性,在生物医学中应用广泛。近年来,胶体金被用作疫苗的递送载体,并发现同时具有佐剂效应。免疫效果受胶体金的粒径、形状、表面修饰、亲疏水性等理化因素影响。另外,胶体金在无针化免疫方面也开展了不少应用研究,主要包括黏膜免疫和经皮免疫,但学界尚存在较大的挑战和争论。本文就上述内容的最新研究进展进行综述,为胶体金在疫苗中的继续深入研究和未来的成功应用提供启示。Colloidal gold,or gold nanoparticles or gold nanoparticles,has a wide range of applications in biomedicine due to its special physiochemical properties and high biocompatibility.In recent years,colloidal gold has been used as a delivery vehicle for vaccines,and it has also been found to have an adjuvant effect.The immunological effect is determined by physiochemical properties of colloidal gold,such as the particle size,shape,surface modification,hydrophobicity.In addition,colloidal gold has been applied in needle-free immunization,including mucosal and transdermal vaccination,but there are still lots of challenges and even controversies among the academia worldwide.This article has reviewed the latest research progress of the above topics,providing enlightenment for the continued in-depth research and future successful application of colloidal gold in vaccine development.
