上海城市规划展示馆的战略转型研究

摘　　要：城市规划展示馆通过展示、讲解和体验交流等传播形式,向社会大众展示一个城市发展的形象、历史、轨迹和规律。随着国际化城市内涵性深化发展的进一步推进、上海城市的高质量发展时段的来临,上海城市规划展示馆已经逐步显出与城市时代发展步伐和展示科技发展较大的不匹配性,这进一步转化为其当前提升自身引领性的转型发展需求。本文在分析和辨明相关转型发展需求的基础上,基于战略管理和运营管理的基本理论和原则,针对展示馆的性能、功能、职能和效能各角度的提升和转型方法,从战略转型和运营实施的角度提出了升级展品指向性效果、提升员工规划性水平、增加企业一体化职能、实现展示展教化效能、深化大众参与化平台、深融展品文化性内涵六个方面的转型应对思路、方法和措施,并根据实际情况进行了实现可行性的一定实证性分析。这些新颖的思路和方法具有一定的创新探索意义,将对同类城市规划展示馆今后的建设起到一定的发展启发作用。Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall(or Pavilion)has been dramatically evolving a fantastic developing process,and met a possible strategic transformation today.By focusing on the main factors and methods of this strategic transformation,based on the rules and methods of strategy management and operation management,a deep analysis on some new suggestions of key practical measures to this transformation is achieved.The new suggestions include 6 points:upgrading to present the planning roles of exhibits;promoting the level of staffs on understanding strategic plan;integrating the capability of plan presenting and making plan;making the presenting with teaching effectively;expanding the public participation platform;enhancing the cultural interpretation of exhibits.According to actual situations of the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall,the feasibility of these suggestions is discussed,and some more deep considerations on team building and organizational configuration are presented.
