摘　　要：目的:科学地探讨中医药院校大学生就业压力现状及影响因素。方法:通过对我校应届与往届本科毕业生进行问卷调查,收集到366名学生的有效信息,对其数据进行单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:单因素分析显示,毕业年份、生源地、专业成绩、毕业院系4个因素为影响毕业生毕业去向的主要影响因素(P<0.05);性别、毕业院系、工作地点、单位性质、薪资等对毕业去向为工作的毕业生就业满意度影响差异不大。多因素分析显示,毕业院系、生源地、专业成绩是影响毕业生毕业去向的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。Objective:Objective to explore the current situation and influencing factors of employment pressure of Traditional Chinese Medicine college students.Methods:Through the questionnaire survey on the current and previous undergraduate graduates of our university,we collected 366 students'effective information,for the first time,analyzed the data by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:Univariate analysis showed that the year of graduation,the place of origin,professional achievement and the Department of graduation were the main influencing factors(P<0.05);gender,graduation department,work place,nature of the unit,salary and other factors had no significant influence on the employment satisfaction of the graduates whose graduation destination was work.Multi factor analysis showed that the independent influencing factors of graduates'Graduation destination were the graduation department,the source of students and the professional achievement(P<0.05).
