摘　　要：运用协同理论构建区域创新投入与创新产出序参量指标体系,应用复合系统协同度模型定量测度与分析河南省2004—2018年区域创新投入与创新产出子系统有序度与复合系统协同度。结果表明,在考察期内河南省区域创新子系统有序度与复合系统协同度总体呈现上升趋势,协同度大小由负到正,协同发展机制逐步形成,协同效应逐渐明显。计量经济进一步分析可以看出,创新投入和创新产出之间具有长期稳定的动态关系,并且创新投入是创新产出的格兰杰原因。This research uses the synergy theory to construct the regional innovation input and innovation output order parameter index system,and uses the composite system synergy model to quantitatively measure and analyze the order degree of the regional innovation input and innovation output subsystems and the synergy of the composite system in Henan Province from 2004 to 2018 degree.The results show that during the inspection period,the orderliness of regional innovation subsystems and the synergy of composite systems in Henan Province have shown an overall upward trend.The degree of synergy has changed from negative to positive,a coordinated development mechanism has gradually formed.
