农户玉米储存损失与玉米储存时间的相关性研究

摘　　要：基于全国23个省份857个农户的调查数据,通过理论分析,构建农户储粮时长模型,实证分析了储粮损失与农户储粮时长的高度相关性。研究发现,在控制了其他因素的影响后,农户储粮时长受储粮损失的影响显著。此外,粮食产量、作物成熟度、家庭年收入、家庭常住人口数、户主受教育年限、家庭距最近城镇距离和节约意识也对农户储粮时间产生较大影响。对此,政府应该通过各种渠道向农户推广先进的储粮设施、储粮技术和管理方法,防止农户因损失过高而减少储粮时间,实现藏粮于技、藏粮于民。Based on the survey data of 857 farmers’in 23 provinces in China.We analyzed the high correlation between on farmers maize storage loss and storage duration.The result showed that,the storage duration was significantly affected by the storage losses.In addition,grain yield,crop maturity,annual household income,households’population,education years of householder,distance to the nearest town,and awareness of saving also have significant impact on farmers’food storage duration.The government should promote advanced grain storage facilities,grain storage technologies and management methods to farmers through various channels,to prevent farmers reducing the storage duration due to excessive storage losses,so as to achieve the goal of storage grain in technology.
