摘 要:目的:通过在三级医院入院流程中实施信息化预约模式,建立“门诊-住院”的无缝隙衔接,缩短患者入院等待时间,充分利用医院床位资源,提高患者满意度。方法:通过对信息化预约模式实施前后入院流程、入院耗时、效率比、满意度、床位使用率等指标的对比分析,评价其在三级医院入院流程中的应用效果。结果:信息化预约模式实施后,1、入院流程简化,入院动线缩短;2、入院办理时间从原来的(57.29±2.51)分钟缩短到(35.79±1.78)分钟,有效时间占比从52.36%提升至83.82%,患者满意度从54.88%上升到89.89%;3、床位使用率由91.5%上升至92.7%。结论:信息化预约模式的应用明显缩短了患者入院办理及等待时间,提高了患者及其家属的满意度,提升了医院床位资源的利用率。Objective:To establish the seamless connection of“outpatient and inpatient”by implementing information appointment mode in the admission process of tertiary hospitals,shorten the waiting time of patients,make full use of hospital bed resources,and im⁃prove patient satisfaction.Methods:Through the comparative analysis of admission process,admission time,efficiency ratio,satisfac⁃tion,bed utilization rate and other indicators before and after the implementation of the information appointment mode,the application effect in the admission process of tertiary hospitals was evaluated.Result:After the implementation of the information reservation mode,1 the admission process is simplified and the admission moving line is shortened;2.the admission processing time is shortened from(57.29±2.51)minutes to(35.79±1.78)minutes,the effective time proportion is increased from 52.36%to 83.82%,and the pa⁃tient satisfaction is increased from 54.88%to 89.89%;3the bed utilization rate is increased from 915%to 92.7%.Conclusion:The ap⁃plication of information reservation mode can significantly shorten the time of patients’admission and waiting,improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,and improve the utilization rate of hospital bed resources.
