摘  要:针对汽车制动鼓温度试验测试成本高、周期长等问题,利用Abaqus建立某商用车鼓式制动器有限元模型,采用完全热固耦合法分析制动鼓的温度场和热应力分布。仿真结果表明:紧急制动工况时,制动鼓的最高温度为156.5℃,最高热应力为130 MPa。有限元分析可快速获取制动器在工作状态时的温度和应力分布情况,有利于产品设计和改进,缩短产品迭代周期。As to the issue of high cost and long cycle of temperature test on vehicle brake drum,the finite element model of a drum brake of a commercial vehicle is established by Abaqus,and the temperature field and thermal stress distribution of the brake drum are analyzed by the fully thermal-structure coupling method.The simulation results show that,under the emergency braking condition,the maximum temperature of brake drum is 156.5℃,and the maximum thermal stress is 130 MPa.The temperature and stress distributions of the drum brake in the working state can be obtained quickly by using finite element analysis,which is helpful for product design and improvement,and then the product iteration cycle can be reduced.
