摘　　要：互联网金融交易平台潜藏着巨大风险,为互联网金融的从业者和利益相关者带来了巨大的风险。基于此,论文首先论述了互联网金融业在我国的发展背景,梳理了本领域的相关研究成果,然后论述了互联网金融平台交易的六种典型模式,最后提出了互联网金融平台交易风险的治理策略。There are huge risks hidden in the internet financial transaction platforms,which brings huge risks to the practitioners and stakeholders of internet finance.Based on this,this paper firstly discusses the development background of internet finance industry in China,combs the relevant research results in this field,then discusses six typical modes of transactions on internet financial platforms,and finally puts forward the governance strategies of transaction risks of internet financial platforms.
