摘　　要：公交车是城市居民使用最频繁的公共交通工具。在很大程度上,城市现代化进程的快慢和城市的竞争力取决于公交车服务水平的高低。同时,随着城市居民日益增加的外出需求,对公交车服务提出了更高的要求。通过对泰州城区公交车出行满意度的调查,可以找出存在的不足之处,为进一步提升泰州城区居民公交车出行满意度提供参考。Buses are the most frequently used means of public transportation by urban residents.To a large extent,the pace of urban modernization and the city's competitiveness depend on the level of bus service.At the same time,with the increasing demand of urban residents to go out,the bus service has put forward higher requirements.Through the investigation of the bus travel satisfaction in Taizhou Urban Area,we can find out the existing shortcomings and provide reference for further improving the bus travel satisfaction of Taizhou Urban Area's residents.
