摘　　要：基层工会在企业发展的过程中占据十分重要的地位,干部自身的素质直接影响工会工作的开展。为了开创新的工作局面,企业工会组织干部应改变以往的工作理念,形成新的思维方式,保证自身职责的履行,为企业赢得更多的发展机遇。The grassroots trade union occupies a very important position in the development process of enterprises,and the quality of the cadres themselves directly affects the development of trade union work.In order to create a new working situation,the cadres of trade union organizations should change their previous working concepts,form a new way of thinking,ensure the performance of their duties,and win more development opportunities for enterprises.
