摘　　要：大数据技术在我国各行业的应用发展日益迅猛,法律服务行业作为历史悠久的传统行业也受到了大数据技术应用的影响。法律大数据在预测案件结果、优化法律服务质量、降低法律服务成本等方面拥有巨大的应用空间。法律服务资源配置方式、从业者的思维模式在法律大数据技术应用的影响下均产生了新的变化,法律服务生态正在重构,新的服务模式开始出现。同时,法律大数据技术的应用也给我国的法律服务行业带来了新的反思,法律服务从业者应注意法律大数据技术应用的限度,警惕数据化思维的负面影响,提高综合分析能力和办案精细化水平,合理利用新技术探索新的发展路径。The application of big data technology is developing rapidly in various industries in China,and the legal service industry,a traditional industry with a long history,is also affected by the application of big data technology.Legal big data has huge application space in predicting the outcome of cases,optimizing the quality of legal services and reducing the cost of legal services.Under the influence of the application of big data technology,new changes have taken place in the allocation mode of legal service resources and the thinking mode of practitioners.The legal service ecology is being reconstructed and new service modes are emerging.At the same time,the application of legal big data technology has also brought new reflection to the legal service industry in China.Legal service practitioners should be aware of the limitations of legal big data technology application,be alert to the negative effects of databased thinking,improve comprehensive analysis capabilities and the level of refinement in case handling,and explore new development paths by rational use of new technologies.
