摘 要:为了解在正交异性钢桥面板中将纵肋底板与横隔板焊接的新型构造细节疲劳性能,对纵肋与横隔板构造部位的焊接过程进行数值模拟,分析新型构造细节与传统构造细节焊接残余应力的分布特征;通过改变焊接顺序,研究焊缝生成顺序对新型构造细节残余应力分布的影响。结果表明:新型构造细节的纵、横向残余应力较传统构造细节均有大幅降低,纵肋底板围焊端部焊趾附近纵横向残余应力均达到220 MPa以上,极易成为新的疲劳易损部位;改变新型构造细节纵肋腹板与底板的焊接顺序,仅影响残余应力数值,合理的焊接顺序为先焊纵肋腹板,后焊纵肋底板。In the orthotropic steel deck plate,the base of U-ribs and diaphragms are suggested to weld together.To examine the fatigue performance of this innovative type of connection,the forming process of the welds between U-ribs and Diaphragms was numerically simulated to compare and analyze the distribution characteristics of welding residual stresses in both the suggested structural details and the traditional U-rib and Diaphragm connection details.The welding procedure was deliberately changed during simulation to examine the influence of weld forming sequence on the residual stress distribution in the suggested structural details.The results show that when the base of U-ribs and diaphragms are welded together,the longitudinal and transverse residual stresses can be greatly reduced.The longitudinal and transverse residual stresses near weld toes in U-rib base can reach up to or more than 220 MPa,indicating that the innovative connection details are much more likely to be new fatigue-sensitive locations.The change of welding sequence of the walls and base of U-rib only exerts influence on the values of residual stresses.Therefore,the walls of U-rib should be welded ahead of the base.
