摘　　要：目的掌握静安区老旧公房居民蟑螂防治素养及侵害现状,为蟑螂防治提供依据。方法通过问卷调查了解居民蟑螂防治素养,用现场目测法调查掌握老旧公房蟑螂侵害现况。结果老旧公房居民对蟑螂防治知识了解不足,50.00%的居民不知道蟑螂的危害,61.80%的居民不知道蟑螂的侵入途径,11.24%的居民不知道发现蟑螂后如何灭蟑。老旧公房蟑螂侵害严重,蟑螂侵害率为28.97%,蟑螂密度为0.76只/间,蟑迹阳性率74.14%;侵害种类以大蠊为主,占66.67%,其次为德国小蠊,占42.86%。厨房侵害率最为严重,其次为卧室/客厅,再次为卫生间(χ^2=8.082,P=0.018),公共区域独用房型侵害率最高,其次为合用,再次为室内独用(χ^2=12.661,P=0.002)。结论老旧公房蟑螂侵害严重,居民对蟑螂防治知识严重缺乏,防控能力不足,应开展有针对性的健康教育活动,向居民普及蟑螂防治知识。Objective To understand the cockroach control literacy of residents and the cockroach infestation in old public houses of Jing’an District,and to provide reference for cockroach control.Methods The cockroach control literacy of residents was investigated with questionnaire,and the cockroach infestation was investigated with the field visual survey.Results The residents in old public housing did not know enough about cockroach control,50.00% of the residents did not know the harm of cockroaches,61.80% of the residents did not know the way of cockroach invasion,and 11.24% of the residents did not know how to kill cockroaches after finding them.The infestation rate of cockroaches was 28.97%,the density of cockroaches was 0.76 insects per room,and the positive rate of cockroach trace was 74.14%.The main population of cockroach infestation was Periplaneta(66.67%),followed by Blattella germanica(42.86%). The most serious infested places were kitchens,followed by the bedrooms,living rooms and the toilets(χ^2=8.082,P=0.018).In public areas,the single-use rooms were most serious infested,followed by joint use rooms,and then indoor use rooms(χ^2=12.661,P=0.002).Conclusion Cockroach infestation is serious in old public houses,and residents lack knowledge of cockroach prevention and control.Therefore,targeted health education activities should be carried out.
